Hanukkah At B'nai Israel Hanukkah is just around the corner and we have a full schedule of Hanukkah fun! Be sure to save the date for these exciting programs:
December 7th - B'nai Israel Community Menorah Lighting 5:30 p.m. Join us as we welcome Hanukkah as a community with the lighting of our new 9 foot menorah outside of B'nai Israel. We will join together in song as we light the candle for the first night. Goodie bags will be available for the kids and you'll still have time to get home to your own celebrations! December 10 - B'nai Israel Community Hanukkah Trivia Party 5:00 p.m. How much do you know about Hanukkah? Do you think you have what it takes to take first place in our trivia contest? Bring a team or join a team and see if you can test your Hanukkah knowledge. Dinner will be catered by Ibti Hijazi Catering. December 12 - Scotch & Chocolate 6:30 p.m. Enjoy delicious chocolate desserts paired with premium scotch for a succulent blend. Small noshes will also be provided. Live music will be provided by Gosia & Ali. December 13 - Shabbatones Hanukkah Concert 7:30 p.m. Hosted by B'nai Israel, enjoy Choral Songs to Enlighten Hanukkah. Their will be a guest choir from the Jacksonville Jewish Center and with guest vocalist, Marilyn Sharp. December 14 - Family Hanukkah Glow Party 5:30 -7:30 p.m. $60 for a family of 4 with pre-registration. $70 at the door. A family-friendly Hanukkah with a glow in the dark party room! There will fun activities for the kids, candle lighting and dancing! Dinner will be served, featuring latkes! Join us for the last night of Hanukkah for a raving good time!
Event Registrations will be live after Thanksgiving!
The next Lev Tov is scheduled for October 18 at St. Francis House. We are looking for someone to provide Drinks, Bread and Butter. In November we have many openings available!
