Reading of The Gates Are Closing
As part of our preparation for the Days of Awe, we are going to have a discussion of the play, The Gates Are Closing, by Merle Feld on Thursday, September 7th from 7-9 pm, at the B'nai Israel library. The Gates Are Closing is an intimate portrait of members of a congregation who struggle with both everyday and unique problems as the High Holidays approach. Please join us! Copies of the script are available now in the CBI library. You can read it there or borrow a copy (please return within a week). This event is open to all CBI members.
