Admission Information

Thank you for your interest in B’nai Israel Community Day School.

If you are interested in attending our school, please complete and submit the application form below and you will be contacted by Hannah Rynning, our Student Services Coordinator about availability. If you would like to take a tour of the school prior to making your decision, email Hannah to schedule your tour.

Preschool Waiting List Application

An Application form and a non-refundable fee of $75 per child is required in order to be added to our waiting list. Please note, application forms will not be accepted without payment. 

The $75 will be applied towards your registration fee once your child is formally accepted. 

You must be a member in good standing prior to the start of school to receive the discounted synagogue rate.
If the same as parent 1, you may leave blank.
Please note that this date is not a guarantee.

Half Day is not available for Infant program
3-Days is not available for Infant, Pre-K, and Elementary programs
My child is up-to-date on their immunization requirements for their age.
Please note that our school does not accept religious exemptions. Please contact us for further questions.
My child may have his/her picture appear in Day School advertising/promotion needs and UNTAGGED on the school Facebook page.
I understand this fee is non-refundable in the event we decide to withdraw from the wait list. I also understand that this amount will be deducted from the registration fee once I am offered a spot in the day school.
